Tuck and Roll. It's that simple.
If you've ever seen someone fall, you know a couple things. Firstly, it's hilarious. Anyone tripping, stumbling, falling, slipping, sliding, plummeting or bumbling is hysterical. It's awkward, it's painful. For some reason, our human brains are wired to find this humurous. It's instinct. You can't watch someone fall down without at least chuckling.
Girls never fall gracefully. For some reason, it's just not the same reflex that men have. As soon as a guy feels that his balance is off, he knows to throw his shoulder down and forward, and let his momentum roll him through and back to his feet. No harm, no foul. If you fall, and fall properly, you can actually pop back to your feet having turned certain embarrassment into awe-inspiring praise.
So watch your step, Ace -- and if you do start to go, just keep in mind; Tuck and Roll. Tuck and Roll.
